1. Pricing of materials and associated costs are estimated.
2. Engineering and permit drawings are generated and permits secured.
3. Permits, financing and final plans are submitted to Crestine for final approval.
4. A schedule is developed around the target delivery date.
5. The foundation is built.
6. Your home goes "online" in the manufacturer facility 2-3 weeks after final
approval. Once online, it is completed in two weeks or less!
7. Preparations are made for delivery, including site preparation and logistical
plans for delivery.
8. Your home arrives at the site, where it is set on the foundation. Additional
modules are set, energy sealed and bolted together.
9. On-site crew finishes the homes exterior and interior.
